Bloodworth House is home to the Claudia Foundation, which provides
scholarships and cultural opportunities to young women of limited
means. The foundation also sponsors the Charlie Classics reading
program, which offers scholarships to area students who read, under
mentor supervision, 100 teacher-approved literary classics before they
graduate Poplar Bluff High School.
