December 2 through December 22 at the Bloodworth House

Holiday House 2005
Television producer, screenwriter and author Linda Bloodworth Thomason  invited noted Hollywood set designer Dwight Jackson to transform the English Baroque-style home into the second annual Holiday House, "A Very Literary Christmas”  -- a wonderland complete with more than two dozen designer Christmas trees, hundreds of yards of garlands, a miniature village display for children, live entertainment and more.

The main dining room of the spacious home will evoke scenes from the Charles Dickens classic, “A Christmas Carol.”

More than a dozen trees throughout the house will be decked to match other literary works, including “Gone With the Wind,” “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer” and the “Harry Potter” series.
